Introduction On the job training or OJT is one method by which students is given a chance to apply their knowledge in the theories and computations that they have learned from the school. It also helps the students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting.

All OJTs had experienced different things in working in a real world. I have developed as a trainee to follow strictly on instructions to ensure that the process is properly sequence. Ask question, if required, to clarify your understanding about things and this prevent you for incurring errors.

On my first day I was very nervous on what will happen in working there but the people I have worked with made it very enjoying. I have experience a lot of accounting works like bookkeeping , monthly accounts preparation, year-end preview, payroll, filing, sorting of files, disbursements and etc.

For the students, an OJT or internship program provides opportunities to go through the actual methodologies of a specific job using the real tools, equipments and documents. In effect, the workplace becomes a Narrative Report on Ojt Housekeeping. (2016, Sep 28).
